Who We Are

AdClaw Digital is a sole proprietorship operated by Gavin Sevastian, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We provide Google Ads and Local Services Ads management to Canadian home service contractors.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and communicate with you.

From website visitors:

• Booking details: when you schedule a strategy call through Google Calendar, Google collects your name and email address under their own privacy policy
• Email correspondence: when you contact us at gavin@adclaw.ca, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message

From clients (contractors):

• Contact information (name, phone number, email, business address)
• Business information (services offered, service areas, average job value, ideal customer description)
• Access credentials for Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile accounts
• Lead quality feedback provided during our engagement

From your customers (homeowners):

• Phone call data through call tracking (call duration, area code, whether the call was answered, and the ad that generated it)
• Form submissions on landing pages we build (name, phone number, service requested)
• Call recordings, where used, with legally required disclosure at the start of the call

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, manage, and improve our Google Ads management services
• To communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and performance
• To track and attribute leads to specific ads for reporting purposes
• To send weekly performance reports and proactive campaign updates
• To process payments through Stripe
• To reference results in our marketing (trade and general area only, unless you provide separate consent to use your business name. See our Terms of Service)

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

• Stripe: payment processing. We do not store your credit card details; Stripe handles all payment data securely.
• Google Ads, Analytics & Tag Manager: campaign management, conversion tracking, and performance reporting for client accounts.
• Google Calendar: strategy call scheduling.
• CallRail / CallTrackingMetrics: call tracking and attribution for client campaigns.
• Vercel: website and landing page hosting.
• DocuSign / HelloSign: electronic signatures on service agreements.

Cookies and Tracking

This marketing website (adclaw.ca) does not use cookies, analytics tracking, or advertising pixels. We do not track your browsing behaviour on this site.

Landing pages we build for client campaigns may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking pixels to measure ad performance. These are disclosed to end users through those pages.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Using encrypted connections (HTTPS) on all websites and landing pages
• Limiting access to client accounts to authorized personnel only (there are no junior employees or offshore teams, and all accounts are managed personally)
• Using secure, industry-standard platforms for payment processing, communication, and data storage
• Maintaining mutual confidentiality obligations with all clients

Data Retention

We retain client data for the duration of our engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfil legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Campaign data remains in your own Google accounts, which you control.

If you cancel our services, you can request deletion of your personal information from our internal systems by emailing gavin@adclaw.ca.

International Data Transfers

Some of the third-party services we use (including Stripe, Google, and Vercel) are based in the United States. This means your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a jurisdiction outside of Canada. These providers maintain security and privacy standards consistent with applicable law, but your data may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is held.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• With the third-party service providers listed above, solely to deliver our services
• When required by law or to comply with a legal obligation
• With your consent (e.g., if you agree to be named in a case study)

Your Rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Withdraw consent for future data collection
